COMMUNITY ACCESS PARTNERS OF SAN BUENAVENTURA (CAPS) ANNOUNCES 2019 BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION
Community Access Partners of San Buenaventura (CAPS), a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization, is seeking nominees for CAPS Media Board of Directors. This year there is one (1) Board position available for a term of four (4) years.
We encourage the community at-large and all our members to become involved with the election process by becoming a candidate, encouraging a nominee, and by voting. In order to make CAPS and community access media the best that it can be in Ventura, your involvement is greatly needed.
Nominees must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, an Individual Member in good standing of CAPS (living, working or attending school in the City of Ventura), and must complete a Board Candidate 2019 Board Candidate Statement of Interest Nomination Form. This form is located at the CAPS Media Center or online at 2019 Board Candidate Statement of Interest Nomination Form.
Completed 2019 Board Candidate Statement of Interest Nomination Form must be received at the CAPS Media Center at 65 Day Road in Ventura no later than 5:00pm Thursday August 1, 2019. All forms must be original signed documents and received either by mail or in person. Faxes will not be accepted.
Community Access Partners of San Buenaventura (CAPS) is a public forum for all Ventura residents, businesses and organizations and provides training and access to technology so that all may become active participants in electronic media.
